 Susan M. Cooper joined the Fickling &
Company organization in August 2002.
She holds over 20 years of management,
marketing and training expertise in both
public and private Real Estate
environments.
Prior to joining the company, Susan served
as Regional Vice President for Berkshire
Realty Holdings. While with Berkshire,
Susan “started-up” two new regional
offices and her portfolio expanded from
2,500 to 7,800 units. She was responsible for the performance
and operations in a wide variety of markets including South
Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas
and Florida. Susan consistently maximized income and
enhanced cost effectiveness in all phases of spending, and was
awarded for the Outstanding Region in the Eastern Division in
1991, 1995 and 2001.
Prior to the Berkshire Group, Susan held the position of
Regional/Asset Manager with National Property Investors.
Responsibilities included quality control of market rent pricing
and developing strategic plans for underperforming assets,
providing market research and financial analysis to determine
the most profitable position for individual assets and overseeing
operations of sixteen properties in the Southeast and Northeast
area. |
