Richard A. (Rick) DeLisle, CCIM career
spans 30+ years in the Commercial Real
Estate business. During that time he was
employed by Equitable Real Estate, then
the nation’s largest owner of income
producing properties. While at Equitable,
Rick held various positions including Vice
President and Regional Manager for the
Southern California region. Rick's primary
responsibilities have included
Management, Leasing, Customer
Relationships and New Business
Development. He has managed staff that include Property/
Facility Managers, Leasing Representatives, Project/
Construction Managers and building operations personnel.
Rick's portfolio includes such notable properties as Monarch
Plaza (Atlanta, GA), The Inforum (Atlanta, GA), Central Park
(Atlanta, GA), First Interstate Tower (Los Angeles, CA), United
Bank Building (Los Angeles, CA) The BonaVenture Hotel (Los
Angeles, CA) and First National Bank Tower (San Diego, CA).
Additionally, Rick Delisle has held the position of Director of Leasing and
General Manager of several high-rise and low-rise class A office
buildings, industrial parks and retail properties in the Atlanta area.
In this capacity, he managed and leased in excess of eight million
square feet. He has also been responsible for supervising the
management and leasing transition of several other "Trophy"
office buildings and has lead the "turn-around and repositioning"
of several high-rise towers.
Rick, who is a persuasive motivational speaker and has
encouraged many professionals to improve the way they conduct
business, was recruited in 1994 by CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) to
manage the Institutional Investment Group where he was
responsible for Investment Sales and Management and Leasing.
During his career, Rick negotiated leases with many Fortune 100
Companies including Prudential Life Insurance Company, General
Electric Company, Home Depot, Ford Motor Company and
International Paper Company.
Rick has served as a court appointed “Receiver” for numerous
financially/operationally challenged properties. Property types
have included office, retail, land and multi-family. Lenders have
included Fannie Mae, Ocwen Financial, Archon Group, EREIM,
Inc. as well as other regional lending institutions.
Rick joined Fickling & Company in 2005 and is Senior Vice
President of the Commercial Real Estate Division.
